VaaniEval is designed for self-hosted conversation review. Operators control their deployment and remain responsible for their data practices.
Public website
The public website does not intentionally collect production call content. Basic hosting logs may be processed by the deployment provider for security and operation.
Product walkthrough video
The homepage includes an optional YouTube product walkthrough. YouTube is not loaded until you choose to play the video. When it loads or you use its controls, YouTube may process data about that interaction under its own privacy terms. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player mode, which limits how the embedded view is used to personalize YouTube browsing or advertising.

Booking a call
When you book a call with us, your name, email address, and any details you add are handled by Google Calendar under Google’s terms. We do not operate an application form on this site. Do not include customer call data, credentials, or other sensitive information when booking.
Self-hosted application
When you deploy VaaniEval, you choose the infrastructure, database, voice providers, and evaluator providers. Review their terms and configure access, retention, deletion, backups, and credential security for your use case.
